Wifi/Internet
Rooted Device
Root Explorer --->you have no Root Explorer? Download here:>>>>HERE<<<<

Tutorial:

1. Download The Rar file from link1 
2. Extract it
3. Install the APK on your device (Dont open the Game!)
4. Open Root Explorer and go to data/data and delete the File as Shown In IMG 01:

5. Copy the com.exozet.android.catan1 from .rar file(Which You have Downloaded From Link 1)
6. Paste it to Android/data and delete the 1 from the Folder com.exozet.android.catan1 As shown In Img 02

 7. Open Root Explorer again and Copy the folder com.exozet.android.catan from .rar file to data/data show step 2. (its the same folder Which You Have deleated)

8. OK Start Catan! (Dont forget Wifi/Internet to Be on) the Game say you need SD Files haha....click Yes I will Download we wait under 1second and you have the Game with all Expansions.
